These terms explain how you can use appslin.com and how we work together when you hire Appslin Private Limited for a website, app, ERP software or digital marketing project. Please read them before you start a project with us.

Acceptance of these terms
By using appslin.com, contacting us or starting a project with Appslin Private Limited ("Appslin", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Using our website
You may browse and share content from appslin.com for personal and business information. You must not copy, resell or reuse our text, designs, images or code without written permission, attempt to break or overload the website, or submit false, harmful or spam information through our forms.
Quotes, scope and timelines
Every project starts with a written proposal or quotation that sets out the deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope, including new features or extra revision rounds, is quoted separately before we begin. Timelines depend on receiving content, approvals and feedback from you on time; delays on the client side move the delivery date accordingly.
Payments
Payment milestones, usually an advance followed by stage payments, are listed in your proposal. Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may pause work on a project while a payment is overdue. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where applicable, and third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid plugins and app store fees are billed separately or paid by you directly.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, the content and materials needed for the project, and timely approvals. You confirm that any text, images, logos or data you give us are yours to use or are properly licensed, and that the project does not break any law.
Intellectual property
Once the project is paid in full, the custom design and code we create specifically for you are transferred to you. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, frameworks and reusable components, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your project. Third-party software, themes, plugins and libraries remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished project in our portfolio.
Ready-made platforms and ERP software
Our ready-made platforms and ERP products, such as Salon ERP, Hospital ERP and Footwear Manufacturing ERP, are licensed to you on the terms in your proposal. Customisation, data migration, training and hosting are provided as agreed in writing.
Maintenance and support
Every delivered project includes 3 months of free maintenance, covering fixes for defects in the delivered scope. New features, design changes, content updates and issues caused by third-party changes or by edits made outside Appslin are not covered and can be quoted separately or provided under an annual maintenance plan.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, app stores, maps and APIs. Their availability, pricing and terms are set by those providers, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or fees.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, credentials and project data confidential and use them only to deliver your project. We sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request. You agree to keep our proposals, pricing and internal documents confidential.
Warranties and limitation of liability
We build every project with care and test it before delivery, but we cannot guarantee that a website or app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve specific rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data.
Cancellation and termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation, and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may end a project if payments remain unpaid, if the project would involve unlawful content, or if communication stops for an extended period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
